A Lunch and Learn Pilgrimage of Purpose
This two-hour Lunch & Learn pilgrimage combines shared hospitality, thoughtful learning, and courageous conversation. Over a meal and a guided tour of the Absalom Jones Episcopal Center for Racial Healing, participants engage with powerful short films, prayer, and dialogue shaped by the framework of Respect, Realign, Restore.
Grounded in Christian faith and the call to justice, the program helps participants:
- Understand racism through the lens of faith, dignity, and truth.
- Reflect on how racism harms both its victims and perpetrators.
- Engage in respectful, honest conversations about justice.
- Learn practical tools and language to confront injustice and imagine restoration.
