For more than three decades, Adam has convened political leaders, business executives, activists, public servants, faith communities, and civil society organizations to address some of the world’s most complex and deeply entrenched challenges. Through his work in more than fifty countries, he has helped people who profoundly disagree—and who may not like or trust one another—move beyond polarization toward meaningful collaboration and lasting change.
Inspired by his groundbreaking book, Collaborating with the Enemy: How to Work with People You Don’t Agree With or Like or Trust, this conversation will explore how we can move forward together without requiring agreement, abandoning our convictions, or denying the dignity of those with whom we differ.
