The Bishop Ackon Memorial Christian Eye Center, a ministry of the Anglican Diocese of Cape Coast, provides essential eye care services to individuals and families throughout Ghana’s Central Region. Founded in 1987 in memory of Bishop John Ackon, the Center offers screenings, treatment, and surgical care for preventable and treatable eye conditions, with a special commitment to serving those who might otherwise lack access to care.
