The Absalom Jones Episcopal Center for Racial Healing is pleased to announce a new annual partnership model with the Diocese of Southwest Florida for participation in the Pilgrimage of Racial Healing.
This diocesan subscription model reflects a shared commitment to deepening formation, strengthening leadership, and advancing the work of racial healing across the Church.
Through the partnership, diocesan members required by the Diocese to complete the Pilgrimage of Racial Healing will participate at no cost to the individual participant. Those who are not required, but who wish to participate voluntarily, will also be welcomed at a significantly reduced rate.
The model offers dioceses a new way to engage the work of racial healing more broadly and sustainably across their communities, while increasing access to formation opportunities for both clergy and lay leaders.
